January 17th Workshops with International Tutors!!!!!

Our next workshop/session will be on January 17th with Laoise Kelly from Ireland and Jochen Vogel from Germany. This meeting is a bit out of the ordinary for us, instead of having local tutors lead the workshops, we are lucky to be able to snag some international harp players from Germany and Ireland while they are here performing at Celtic Connections. DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!!! Laoise Kelly and Jochen Vogel are both great harp players and it’s a fantastic opportunity to hear them and learn from them while they are in Glasgow!

Thanks to the 15 people who made it out on a rainy Thursday evening! And an even bigger thanks to Jochen and Laoise who managed to fit us in their busy Celtic schedule! The evening went very well and I think everyone enjoyed their workshops and left feeling overloaded, but happy. And we all enjoyed the little concert at the end! I think the College of Piping was our best venue yet, please give me your opinions how you thought it was. The parking wasn't really that bad, was it?
